Advertiser Terms of Service

01 Service Agreement

By registering as an Advertiser in Afitrax Network, you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement governs the relationship between the Advertiser and Afitrax regarding the use of our performance marketing platform and publisher network.

02 Campaign & Content Policy

Advertisers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of their campaigns. Afitrax strictly prohibits:

  • Deceptive or misleading advertising claims.
  • Promotion of illegal goods or services.
  • Malware, spyware, or auto-downloading content.
  • Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

03 Tracking & Postback Implementation

Reliable tracking is the foundation of our network. Advertisers must maintain an active Server-to-Server (S2S) Postback. Any technical issues on the Advertiser's side that result in "lost tracking" must be reported immediately. Afitrax reserves the right to bill based on historical averages if tracking is interrupted due to Advertiser error.

04 Fraud Prevention & Scrubbing

Afitrax uses multi-layer fraud detection. If you suspect fraudulent conversions:

  • You must provide detailed logs (IP, Timestamp, User-Agent) within 5 business days of the lead date.
  • Systematic "scrubbing" without evidence is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension.

05 Confidentiality & Data

All information regarding Afitrax publishers, specific traffic sources, and network-wide performance data is considered Confidential Information. Advertisers shall not attempt to bypass the network to contact publishers directly.
