Terms of Service

1. Affiliate Enrollment

Afitrax reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. By applying, you represent that all information provided is truthful and that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Anti-Fraud Policy

Afitrax maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using automated bots or scripts to generate clicks or leads.
• Incentivized traffic (unless specifically allowed by the offer).
• Cookie stuffing or forced redirects.
• Misleading advertisements or "fake news" landers.

Detection of fraud will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are made on a Net-30 basis unless otherwise agreed upon with your Account Manager. The minimum payout threshold is $100. We reserve the right to withhold payment for up to 90 days to investigate suspicious traffic or if an advertiser fails to pay the network.

4. Indemnification

The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Afitrax and its advertisers from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Affiliate's breach of this Agreement or illegal advertising methods.
